70cl / 47.5% / Carn Mor – A 2011 Linkwood single malt from indie bottler Carn Mor, matured in ex-bourbon barrels for nine years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Strictly Limited series. The palate offers notes of vanilla, baked apples, cinnamon, oak and citrus that linger in the finish.
