Linkwood 2008 / 14 Year Old / Single Malts of Scotland Speyside Whisky

70cl / 58.9% / Elixir Distillers – A 2008 Linkwood single malt from independent bottler Elixir Distillers that was matured in a single hogshead for 14 years, before being bottled in March 2022 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of crunchy, green salad, crisp green apple, lemon slices and cloudy apple juice fill the nose, complemented by notes of whipped cream, apple puree, flaky pastry and ginger ale throughout the palate.
