70cl / 49.4% / Distillery Bottling – The third release in Lindores Abbey’s Casks of Lindores series has been matured exclusively in oloroso sherry butts from the area surrounding Jerez de las Frontera, Spain. Aromas of sweet prunes, dates, molasses, vanilla and milk chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes dried fruit, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, walnuts and chestnuts throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
