Le Cigare Blanc 2020, Bonny Doon Vineyard

Heavenly aromas of peach and juicy pear. Satisfying richness of texture, balanced by an ion beam of freshness. Was this wine abducted? It claims to be from California, but it’s rather hard to tell that it doesn’t hail from the southern Rhône valley. A warp in the fourth dimension, perhaps. Made from 46% Grenache Blanc, 34% Vermentino and 20% Clairette Blanche.
