Le Chapitre Brut Rosé NV Champagne

75cl / 12% – The house of Le Chapitre is named after the chapters of monks that used to work the vineyards in Champagne, and who are in many ways responsible for the quality and fame of Champagne today. This is a darker rosé made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. On the palate red fruits: raspberry and cherry and a hint of strawberry compote. A wine that will cope with dishes like guinea fowl or pork.
