Langatun Jacob’s Dram 2016 / Pinot Noir Single Cask Swiss Whisky

50cl / 49.12% – A 2016-vintage Swiss single malt from Langatun that is named in honour of the distillery’s founder Jakob Baumberger and was matured in an ex-Pinot Noir cask. Aromas of sultanas, sweet oak and freshly-baked pastries fill the nose, complemented by notes of gingerbread, roasted walnuts, bitter almonds and oaky vanilla throughout the palate.
