This wine’s intricacy, finesse and balance impressed us so much that it struck us as possibly the finest rosé we had ever tasted. Combining feather touch delicacy with enormous personality, it displays delicious juicy blush pear fruit, tempered by savoury bay leaf aromas, electric-bright acidity and a genuine impression of ‘minerality’. Bone dry, yet with fabulous flavour intensity and sustain, this is a masterpiece. Bravo! Technical Director, Rodolfo Bastida, says “you have to take rosé as seriously as you would a red or a white,”� and it is clear that he really means it. Mature Garnacha vines planted at 600m above sea level give intensity, complexity and the bright acidity that holds everything together.
