La Gitana Oloroso Seco Faraon / Hidalgo

50cl / 18% – This richly flavoured oloroso is made entirely with organic Palomino Fino grapes grown in Bodegas Hidalgo la Gitana’s vineyards in Jerez. Aged for seven years in American oak casks, it’s dry on the palate with notes of raisin, coffee and flamed orange peel. The finish is long, with persistent citrus peel and salted caramel.
