Karven Vermouth Rosso

50cl / 18% – A vibrant vermouth in which flavours of sweet rhubarb and crunchy herbs are intertwined, and followed with a rich spiciness. Karven Vermouth Rosso is made from premium New Zealand wine and native botanicals, many of which are gathered from the hills surrounding the distillery. These include flowers from the feijoa tree, whose small green and complex-tasting fruits are a staple in New Zealand, and the small evergreen shrub koromiko.
