Karukera 2009 Single Cask / 12 Year Old

70cl / 52.2% – A 2009-vintage single cask rum from Karukera in Guadeloupe that was matured in an ex-Cognac cask for 12 years, before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of sugar cane, banana, pineapple, apricot, clove and white pepper fill the nose, complemented by notes of green cane, lime, guava, vanilla, pine and honeysuckle throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
