75cl / 12% – In 2009 Jean-Marc introduced Biodynamics to his vineyards and is now on the way to organic conversion which is planted on hilly slopes over 72 individual plots in Charly-Sur-Marne. On the nose pretty light florals, lemon bon-bons and a hint of lemon curd. The palate has notes of lemon verbena, clotted cream, yuzu rind, green olive and a beautiful core of ripe fruit. This is a beautifully crafted Champagne that will not disappoint.
