Jauma Tikka the Cosmic Cat Shiraz Grenache 2020

75cl / 13.5% – This wine is named after the winery cat and is made with organic and biodynamic Grenache and Shiraz grapes with no added sulphites. The wine has gone through carbonic maceration giving it that very bright vibrant candied fruit. On the palate it has a jammy note with hints of freshly pressed grape juice, red clay baked earth and soft spices. The palate is juicy with crunchy tannins and light body. Chill this wine down and enjoy!
