75cl / 12% – Janisson is based in the heart of Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims, and is headed up by Manuel Janisson who heralds from a long line of wine makers. This is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay: the higher percentage of Chardonnay in this blend gives a citrus edge that is laced with orchard fruits.
