Distilled through 28-foot tall copper-pot stills, Jura’s 12 YO is matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain – this brings ripe fruit flavours and a golden hued colour.
