50cl / 40% – A blend of Caribbean rums flavoured with ripe banana for a fruity, sweet spirit. For five weeks ripe bananas were macerated in Hoxton’s Caribbean rum, infusing their sweet, fruity flavour with the funky, spicy character of the rum. Perfect for sipping, or for making fruity, island-inspired cocktails.
