70cl / 41% – A delicious white rum from the Isle of Man named after the local slang term for ‘very windy’. Made using molasses which are fermented on the island and double-distilled in a wood-fired still, this has notes of liquorice and an enticing maltiness. Tasty on its own, this works wonderfully well in a Mojito, Daiquiri, or even just simply with coke in a long drink.
