It doesn’t get much cuter…a family of Holt Howard’s Merry Mice! Mom & Dad are salt & pepper shakers with noise makers that, unfortunately, no longer squeak. Love their head over heels expressions & the bows on their tails. The six baby mice are a set of…well… The box does not have an actual name for what they are, but they are intended to put a toothpick in a hole to simulate a tail that now holds a maraschino cherry or olive. I at first thought they were intended to hold appetizers & they certainly can do that, but they are a bit tippy when displayed like this. These sets didn’t come together, but I love them displayed together…like a family. A really cute family. Two of the baby mice have a tiny chip on a toe; one shaker has a small chip on an ear. The shakers are stamped Holt Howard 1958; all six babies have the HH seal. The box has some paper missing on the front.
