Rich and complex medium dry cider with honey notes and a balanced finish, made using apples from our organic orchardsIt all began in 1878 when Henry Weston began to produce ciders and perries. Using the wide variety of regional fruit grown in the surrounding orchards, he started pressing and blending. The fermented juice soon proved so popular that his work evolved into a business. Today ‘The Bounds’, the charming 17th century farmhouse and cider mill where it all began, remains home to his craft. I’ve been Managing Director since 1996, and have been privileged to see some of the most exciting changes yet. Everyone remains passionate about producing the best cider.
