70cl / 48.9% – An Australian single malt from Hellyers Road matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon casks and French oak Port casks, creating aromas of vanilla, marmalade and toast on the nose. The palate offers notes of winter berries, toast and nutmeg that linger in the finish.
