• 🍻 Tasting notes: Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked within 50 miles of the mill, our master brewers ferment cider for up to 6 months in aged oak barrels with champagne yeast before cold-filtering to create a medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character.
