70cl / 40% – Named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, Hatozaki blended whisky is blended by Kaikyo distillery. Matured in a variety of casks, including sherry, bourbon and Mizunara oak it has a complex character, with notes of cherry blossom, pears and caramel throughout the palate.
