Handmade Wine Bottle Stopper, Mardi Gras Top Hat, Tasting Accessories, Barware, Housewarming Gift

This handcrafted Wine bottle stopper is made from Alumilite resin & shaped like a top hat in Mardi Gras colors. It is the perfect way to help keep your wine fresh in style. This bottle stopper would also make a great housewarming gift to present with a bottle of wine or a fun conversation piece at a wine tasting party. It is hand-turned & shaped in my shop on a wood lathe. It is then dry sanded to finalized the shape & remove any tool marks. Next I go through a series of wet sanding to remove the dry sanding scratches & start to bring out the shine . Finally it is buffed, polished, & waxed to a glass-like luster. The metal bottle stopper bottom is a Ruth Niles design food grade stainless steel that will not tarnish, with rubber O rings & graduated to fit most bottles with a tight seal.
