Gutierrez Colosia Amontillado Seco

75cl / 18% – Gutierrez Colosia’s Amontillado Seco is the result of eight years of ageing. The first three are spent as a fino, with the oxidisation process to become an Amontillado taking a further five. Excellent on its own as an aperitif or with chicken or beef consommé.
