75cl / 12% – Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs is made using hand selected Chardonnay grapes from Gusbourne’s Kentish vineyards. Matured for a minimum of 42 months on the lees and six months in the bottle, creating an elegant character with aromas of green apple, citrus, buttered toast and Tarte Tatin, with a clean minerality lingering in the finish. Try pairing this English sparkling wine with seafood such as oysters.
