Gosset Celebris Blanc de Blancs 2012

75cl / 12% – The first vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Gosset uses the 2012 harvest of Chardonnay grapes and was given an extra-long maturation on the lees. The nose offers aromas of pink grapefruit and frangipane, complemented on the palate by notes of baked apples, lemon zest, candied ginger, star anise and caramel. Try pairing this Champagne with light, fresh dishes, such as ceviche, carpaccio or summer salads.
