70cl / 56% / Asta Morris – A 2008 Glenallachie single malt from indie bottler Asta Morris, matured in a single sherry butt for 11 years before being bottled in 2020. Aromas of peaches, baked apples and oranges fill the nose, complemented by notes of apple pie, sugar cookies and honey, with hints of rubber lingering in the finish.
