Tuscany is famed amongst distillers for its juniper, and this gin is a love letter to the quintessential gin ingredient. Made with three types of Tuscan juniper, Rivera, Chianti and Valtibera, Ginepraio is designed to highlight the qualities and differences of each, and to be a liquid expression of the Tuscan terroir.
