Aged in first fill ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 5 years and finished in Douro Superior Port casks for between 115-160 days. Nose: Hints of Christmas pudding spice, heavy cream and freshly picked blackcurrants. Palate: Subtle orange citrus and dried fruit alongside fuller fruit cake and spice balance with notes of Sherry and oak. Finish: Bold, creamy and full in the mouth with a lovely, fruity lingering finish making you want to sip it again and again.
