50cl / 30% – A rich and versatile pear liqueur from Gabriel Boudier, which has been crafting liqueurs since 1874. This is made by both macerating and distilling Williams Pears, a dual process which allows them to capture the full flavour of these delicious pears. Distillation extracts the pears’ aromas, while maceration harvests their natural oils and pectin.
