75cl / 12.5% – Frédéric Savart is an auteur, with each release reflecting his approach to making wine, from single-handedly farming his tiny four hectare to bottling his finished Champagnes. He only produces a very small amount of Champagne each year and all of them have an amazing concentration, this one is no exception. On the nose red fruits; cranberry and clafoutis. The palate has a roundness with a beautiful twist of minerality and tightly woven fruit and brioche on the finish.
