Fino Perdido / Sanchez Romate

75cl / 15% – The name Fino Perdido means ‘lost fino’, referring to the fact that this is darker and richer than normal thanks to a longer period of aging in the sherry butts. This dry Fino is intensely aromatic with notes of salty apples, yeast and smoked almonds, followed by elegant and fresh citrus and nut flavours. A wonderful pairing with shellfish.
