Fair spends a great deal of time sourcing the finest Fair Trade Certified ingredients for their spirits. Their high quality organic sugar cane is grown in Belize using organic and sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each cane is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. FAIR rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years.
