Enghaven Black Strap Rum Blended Modernist Rum

70cl / 42% – The second release from Danish rum distillery Enghaven, Black Strap is a combination of pot and column still rums that has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Sweet sherried aromas of ripe berries, bergamot, honey, black tea and lemon fil the nose. The palate offers notes of soft smoke, floral honey, warm spices and ripe plums.
