This is a seven-year-old rum made with sugar cane juice that was milled by steam engines, as depicted on the label. Aromas of mango, grapefruit, vanilla and oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of baked apples, pears, Christmas spice, salt and black pepper fill throughout the palate.
