75cl / 12% – This 10 hectare Domaine is run by Adrien and Clemence Bertrand they working towards organic viticulture and are keen to work as sustainably as possible. The wines are beautifully put together with notes of pink lady apples, white flowers, gingerbread and custard apple. The palate has simple and delicious like mom’s apple crumble.
