75cl / 40% – A 2009 Guyanese rum from El Dorado’s Single Still series that was made using a Versailles wooden pot still and matured in oak casks for 12 years. The palate offers notes of creamy milk chocolate, roasted coffee beans and cigar box that linger in the finish.
