Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka 70cl

Made using the grape skins and seeds, which in most cases are destroyed as a waste product in the wine making process. This pomace is distilled to make a crisp, grape skin vodka. This is then combined with “wine alcohol” produced by dealcoholizing wine but full of the essence of the original grape to create Discarded Grape Skin Vodka. Tasting Notes: Taste: Fruit-forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit. With a beautiful pink peppercorn finish.
