75cl / 12% – Devaux Champagne was founded in 1846 and one of Champagne’s leading ladies, Madame Augusta Devaux, was credited with transforming the quality of the house. Half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir, this Champagne has notes of candied peel and apple crumble.
