75cl / 12% – Devaux Champagne was founded in 1846 and one of Champagne’s leading ladies, Madame Augusta Devaux, was credited with transforming the quality of the house. The house specializes in Champagnes that are Pinot Noir dominated. The Non Vintage spends 36 months on the lees developing richness and complexity. The wine is all about baked apples, vanilla and is round and rich on the palate.
