Vermouth di Torino Superiore Del Professore is crafted from Ettore Germano’s 2013 Barolo Cerretta. A secret spice blend meets the noble, full-bodied red wine, enriching its fine bouquet and the elegant smooth tannins. With the double ageing in oak barrels, firstly as the Barolo wine and then again as the vermouth for approximately 3 to 6 months. This is a unique product, truly artisanal, with depth, elegance, power and persistence. Main ingredients: wormwood, rhubarb, vanilla, cinchona and cloves.
