3cl / 54.8% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a 2013-vintage Union Exclusive Deanston single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in organic fino sherry casks from Bodegas Robles. Complex aromas of vanilla, toffee, honey-covered apricots, dark forest berries and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented by notes of roasted hazelnuts, poached pears, tropical fruits, honey and oaky spice throughout the palate.
