Deakin Estate – Shiraz 2018 6x 75cl Bottles

A fine range of typical Merlot aromas here, from cherry and blueberry to fruitcake and herbal notes. The palate is soft but still structured, with cherry and chocolate flavours to the fore. This wine is delicious now but will improve with medium term cellaring (3-5 years). Bronze, 2013 Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition.
