Formally known as botanical gin, this artisan organic farmhouse gin is made with 18 different botanicals ranging from an initial taste of spearmint and peppermint, moving into liquorice and some lovely spices, finishing on floral notes of elderflower and chamomile. It takes you on a botanical flavour journey and is an easy drinking gin, perfectly complimented by most tonics and great to experiment with whatever is in season for the garnish, be it blackberries, elderflower, lime, pepper, rocket etc.
