Crozes-Hermitage Blanc Laurent Habrard 2019

75cl / 13% – Laurent Habrard has 15 hectares of vineyards in the Northern Rhone that he farms organically. His wines have very little sulphur and he has a very hands off approach to winemaking. On the nose apricot, ginger and thyme are gently supported by a whiff of wood smoke. The a palate is so precise with beautiful lifted silky fruit, sage and nocerella olives.
