Crow’s Nest Caribbean Rum Blended Modernist Rum

70cl / 40% – A blend of rums from across the Caribbean, Crow’s Nest has been finished in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Aromas of tropical fruits – mango, pineapple and banana – sultanas and dates fill the nose, complemented by notes of caramel, vanilla and black pepper throughout the palate.
