70cl / 58.1% / Watt Whisky – A 2016 Craigellachie single malt from independent bottler Watt Whisky’s eighth wave of bottles that was matured in a single sherry butt for six years, before being bottled in 2022. It has a fruity, nutty character with notes of orange, almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon and toasted hot cross buns throughout the palate.
