Credo is the most impressive Roussillon wine we have ever tasted. It is utterly awesome – a a mass of black fruit complicated by spice and freshened by liquorice. A biodynamic wine made from the fruit of Carignan vines planted in the year 1900; balanced by fruit from carefully-selected plots of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre.
