They are truly a labour of love. The metal leaf & topcoats we use are very high quality, but if not handled properly…they can & will get damaged. Dishwasher will ruin instantly…the heat & excess water are just too much. Hand washing with mild soap & warm water, & left to air dry upside down is a must to ensure long lasting usage. Don’t allow glasses to sit in standing water (like in the bottom of the sink…my husband learned this the hard way!) We will send a care card with every purchase. We are not responsible for artwork failing due to misuse or mishandling. We ship worldwide, but if outside of the US & Canada additional shipping charges may be billed separately. Also, there may be import or duty fees that you may have to pay upon delivery. Shipping with Canada Post has been taking upwards of 4 weeks to arrive to the USA, so please be patient.
