Cockspur Old Gold Rum Single Modernist Rum

70cl / 43% – A blend of column still and pot still rums from Cockspur’s distillery in Barbados, matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of dark chocolate, orange zest, coffee, prunes, sultanas and sandalwood fill the nose. The palate offers notes of coffee and chocolate, orange juice, raisins and orange zest.
