Clarendon Jamaica 2007 Rum / 13 Year Old / Blackadder

70cl / 65.8% / Blackadder – A 2007 Clarendon rum from independent bottler Blackadder that was matured in a single cask for 13 years, before being bottled in July 2021 as part of its Raw Cask series. Aromas of green apples, vanilla cream and lilacs fill the nose, complemented by notes of sour apples, oak, lilies, seawater and tropical fruit throughout the palate.
